Dr. Robert Laidlaw - Cosmetic Injection Services
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Dr. Robert Laidlaw's cosmetic injection services ("Services"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Services, website, and related materials. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our Services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Injectable treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers
- Complementary treatments, including PRP, Sofwave and energy-based skin treatment
- Morpheus treatments
- Surgitron mole removal
- Cosmetic consultations and assessments
3. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website, via telephone, or in person at our clinic.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. All booking fees and deposits are forfeited for cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Additionally, late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the remaining scheduled service cost.
4. PAYMENTS AND FEES
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, and electronic fund transfers.
4.2 Deposits
Specific procedures may require a deposit at the time of booking.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally not offered for services already rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns.
5. HEALTH INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
5.1 Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal and health information necessary to provide safe and effective cosmetic services. This information is collected directly from you during consultations and through our intake forms.
5.2 Use of AI Scribes and Technology
We utilise various technologies to enhance our services, including:
- AI-powered medical scribes integrated within our practice management software
- Heidi Health platform and other similar healthcare technology platforms
- Digital consultation and record-keeping systems
These technologies may process your personal and health information to assist in documentation, appointment scheduling, and treatment planning.
5.3 Recording of Consultations
Video and/or voice recordings may be made during virtual or in-person consultations. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that:
- Recordings are used for quality assurance, training, and verification purposes
- You will be explicitly informed before any recording takes place
- You have the right to withdraw consent for recording at any time
- Recordings are stored securely in compliance with Australian privacy laws
5.4 Disclosure of Information
Your personal information may be disclosed:
- To healthcare professionals involved in your care
- To business partners for operational purposes
- To third-party service providers who assist in providing our Services
- As required by law or court order
- With your express consent
5.5 Data Security

7.1 Potential Risks
All cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks. Common side effects may include bruising, swelling, redness, and temporary discomfort. More serious complications, though rare, can occur.
7.2 Results
Results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Age, skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions may affect results.
8. AFTERCARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and minimising complications. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may compromise your results and increase the risk of complications.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and materials, including logos, images, text, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY
10.1 Clinic Photography
For clinical documentation, we may request photographs before, during, and after treatment. These images are part of your medical record.
10.2 Marketing Usage
We will obtain separate written consent before using any client images for marketing, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
