Who we are

This website relates to medical services provided by Dr Robert Laidlaw (MBBS) in connection with Cosmetic Doctor. Clinic correspondence may be handled by practice administration using the contact details published on this site.

If you submit the enquiry form or send an email, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and message) to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate appointments where relevant. Enquiry form messages are delivered to us by email through our email-delivery provider, Resend.

Medical records

Clinical consultations may generate medical records held under applicable health record laws and professional obligations. Consultations may use Heidi Health, an AI-assisted clinical note-taking tool, to help prepare clinical documentation; you will be told at the start of your consultation where it is used and asked for your consent. This policy does not replace the privacy notices and consent discussions provided at consultation.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages visited and the device and browser used.

Overseas storage and access

Information may be stored, accessed, or processed outside Australia, including in the Philippines and the United States. For example, administrative support personnel located in the Philippines may handle enquiries and correspondence, and technology providers such as Google (analytics and email) and Resend (enquiry form delivery) store data in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with Australian privacy law.
